Casey: Thanks! I haven't had much luck with fondant, and really don't like the taste of it, so I try to do my best with the buttercream. This was given to a 93 year old at Easter, and she just loved it!! That made me feel the best...that I made someone who lived that long in life feel happy about a cake!!

Allison: I live in Hubbard Lake, Michigan....which is 25 miles south of Alpena. (Northern Lower Michigan) Unfortunately, there are no Michael's close to me that would hold any type of classes. There is a JoAnn Fabrics, but they don't hold any classes for anything there! Thanks for the compliment! I'm just starting out, but having so much fun!! I absolutely LOVE to do this! I'm getting more orders for my cakes now, too.....but finding it hard to give a price on them. I know I'm probably low right now, I charged $30 for this cake....I just wanted to get my name out there!

This is beautiful, it reminds me of when I did my Wilton course 2, final cake
