The bunny is made from RKT. I dumped the warm rice krispies onto a piece of parchment and used the paper to push them into the shape I wanted. I packed them pretty firmly, this helped to smooth the cereal so its not so lumpy bumpy. I did insert a skewer, trimmed to size, through the head and into the body to stabilize the head and keep it from drooping down. Frosted the RKT with vanilla buttercream and covered in fondant. I started using Massa brand fondant (through Albert Uster Imports), which is beautiful to work with and tastes good.
