This is a Carrot cupcake with Low Fat Cream Cheese Frosting. I used wheat flour, zero calorie sweetener and sugar free syrup. I made it for a diabetic person who wants to eat cupcake.

Yes Katy I made some for my mom who is also diabetic so I ate before delivering the cupcakes. It's good because it's not too sweet and the carrot cupcake is very moist and soft. the cream cheese that I used was Philadelphia Low Fat.
