Chocolate Contest / White Chocolate Candy roses
A wedding cake done for a couple that the groom is in the service. All of the roses are candy clay. I made candy clay from white chocolate then colored some red and blue to make the red, white and blue.

Thank you. I really enjoy making candy roses. It did take me trying twice because the first batch I stirred the chocolate too much when I incorporated the syrup.
