My Sushi Cake. It's all edible. The bowl is homemade madeira cake with buttercream and rolled fondant. The sushi is the same with tiny hand rolled grains of rice made out of fondant, hrs of work.

My Sushi Cake, I'm so proud of this, had so much fun making it. Home made madeira cake with buttercream and fondant edible bowl, the sushi is the same but with hand made rice pieces which i made from fondant, took two days to roll them inbetween my fingers, lol. The wasabi and may are tinted buttercream piped.
