I should tell you that some of these cakes I posted are "dummie" cakes made for my website. My cakes could never be this perfect. The bow was made in advance out of gumpaste but was still heavy. It took alot of royal icing for this thing to stay put! There are wonderful tutorials on making bows on you tube.
