Good Saturday Morning,Fiona. I am in Australia, no i do not use jam. just a dollop of ganache or frosting in the middle to stick the top on, not much. i never use jam because it can go bad, i spray my cakes with alcohol and it works the best.

i just make a little paper cone put royal icing that i make and wright with it, i do not use tips. embosser is from ebay , it is a cookie cutter and embosser set. no i do not make icing, just buy it in the shop Bakels, just your basic one in 7 kg box... thanks Fiona. ;0). i'll look up ebay link and post it for u tomorrow. it is 1 in the morning here now.

do you have a layer of buttercream under the fondant or did you maybe just use apricot jam to stick ?

oh and what tip have you used for the writing and what icing it it youve written with ? did you make that too ? mt 2 boys are having a soccer party and i would love to do these

youre obviously really talented then !! you make it sound so easy ! where did you get the embosser ? and do you make your own fondant ? mmf perhaps ?

Thanks Fiona, i just use cookie embosser and than paint it by hand carefully with a small brush and airbrushing colors than pipe the names. That's all.
