5-tier wedding cake with a 2-tier groom's cake with the UT Tower on top! The UT tower is styrofoam, covered in fondant. We wanted to make it out of cake, but the groom wanted to be able to save it!! And he has - they made a special acrylic case for it and it's on their fireplace mantle!!
