croc cake I made out of cupcakes. Cupcakes were vanilla with M&Ms in them with vanilla choc buttercream. Teeth and claws were fondant and licorice on the top for scales.

thanks becky. The forehead is made of cupcake mixed up with choc ganache and then dipped in melted choc and just to keep with the colour i covered it in the buttercream
