Ladies Sunday Hat - 122F

This hat was copied from a hat worn to church every Sunday. Her Husband came to me and wanted it made. He had it tried by another baker and it was sub standard to say the lest.
The hat is made of chocolate cake bottom and yellow top. It is covered with a layer of butter cream and fondant. The bow is fondant and gum paste. The feather is ostrich.
