Thanks Patricia! This is one thing I am known for. My clients LOVE my moist cakes........my secret is you turn any cake into a moist dense cake. You just have the right amount of good ol pudding and applesauce in the batter ;o) A secret I learned from my Grandma when I was little. Learned all my tricks from her!!
