Patty's Birthday Cake
My first attempt at basket weave, not a complete success and my first attempt at sculpting with sugar (also not a complete success).

They are sweet peas....supposed to be! Everything on this cake is a first attempt, the sweet peas, the dogs, the basket weave. I love basket weave, too, and I am committed to get better at it!

The ever favorite basket weave! And it looks so good. The sweet peas (hope I got that right!) are perfect for this application. The lighter pink ones...
Love to look at flowers, just don't know which ones are witch, half the time! Further more, I don't really care. I don't have to know their names to enjoy them! lol
