Marta - only the icing is "dreamsicle" - it is the standard Wilton bc recipe but 1/2 vanilla flavoring and 1/2 orange flavoring, and the fresh zest of one orange. I like it best because the flecks of orange zest hide any crumbs that might make their way onto the icing surface!
