This was a cake I made in Fondant I class at Sweet Wise, Nashville TN. I really prefer the bow techniques I learned here vs the WIlton Method Bow. Cake is lemon pound cake (chosen because it travels nicely), CK Butterceam and Fondx Fondant. I love the addition of the pearl dust and am in love with the dusting brush I bought per the class supply list.
