Dr Seuss Cake
Cat's head is a styrofoam wig head covered in fondant as served as the cake stand. Only hat and fish bowl are cake. Everything else is fondant or pastillage that served as favors.

Thank you, again Tracy. Yes, I used it as a birthday card. This is a habit of mine. This way they remember the cake that was made especially for them.
