The ones with the colorful sprinkles are made from choc cake with light cocoa wafers. The ones with the gold sprinkles are vanilla cake with vanilla wafers. I am very pleased with my pops. Another trick I have learnt is to not use too much icing when shaping the balls. You would be surprised how little icing you really need. Then of course the obvious bottom ones are RKT. I took these to work for the guys and gals to sample and they liked them all but I was surprised that the adults actually liked the one with RKT. Too bad I did not get to taste the choc. one which I heard was the bomb and the RKT. My hubby said I can stop practicing now and giving away the product. SO now it's time to figure out a cost. How much should I be charging?
