This is another order that I just finished last weekend and was NOT my design. The client for this cake also gave me a picture that she wanted done for her son's groom cake. It's a 14" square marble cake split into 4 layers and filled with chocolate mousse and covered in butter cream icing. My poor attempts at making Spiderman out of fondant/gum paste mix is pretty pathetic. His head was supposed to be off the cake along with his upper torso, and a few days before the wedding, it rained and the extra moisture in the air caused poor Spidey to fall down some. In the picture it is hard to make out the city scape skyline as the border, but that is what it is. There were white windows painted on each building. Thanks for looking.

I think your Spiderman looks very good.
Well, June, with all the new members joining, it's easy to miss quite a few cakes, now! I can hardly keep up with all the new members!

Thank you Rima...it's really been hard getting back into the swing of things. Haven't done cakes all summer long!!
Very cool Linda.
Had a wonderful time. Just posted some pictures on facebook. Doing lots of laundry now & trying to get the house in order but will write to you soon.
You're back!! So good to see you here again, Goreti! How was the trip? You'll have to write to me and let me know how it went. Thank you for the encouraging words. I feel like a stiff old rider trying to get back up on that horse!
