Thank you!! I used a picuture of Betty Boop off of the internet as a template and cut up the pieces like a puzzle.  I then traced them on the fondant and cut them out and then pieced them back together on the cake.  I then just added the smaller details by hand, such as the eyes, eyelashes, earrings, nose, and lips.
