Daughter's allergy free birthday cake

No eggs, no dairy, no soy, etc. Vanilla cake made with flour, vanilla extract, sugar and leavening agents. Frosting is confectioner's sugar, water, and food coloring. Nothing amazing, but my daughter can actually eat it and she was happy :)
