Chocolate cake on the 10" bottom tier, vanilla on the 8" top. Covered in buttercream frosting. Frosting sheets with pictures of birthday girl added to sides. Lights in hair and at bottom of each tier. Each set of LED lights have thier own battery pack which are hidden in pockets cut into the cakes. Figure made with cereal treat and MM Fondant. Sparklers in each hand worked great.
