Dallas Cowboys Cake

This is one of two cakes, that was done for 2 of my husband's friends. Their birthdays are 2 days apart, so we usually do a joint party! This is a 10 inch round chocolate fudge cake with cocoa buttercream and chocolate chip filling and vanilla buttercream icing. The name and the stars are both fondant. I used silver pearl dust to get the silver in this Cowboy's themed cake. This was a hit with the birthday boy!
