Daisy Fruit Cake Top

Seems I can't just make a cake plain and simple since I joined CWB. Everything has to be decorated! This is Mary Berry's fruit simnel cake recipe, with almonds on top. Side is covered in fondant, fondant daisies and hand painted ferny type leaves. On the top is a marzipan daisy. The back of the cake is hand painted 'branches' with yellow blossom
