Check out my recipe on the Blog on my page Dee: My best ever homemade chocolate mmf.  It is all explained there.  Trust me...it is totally yummy... like chocolate fudge  :o)

Oh...and if your asking about the rose... that is modeling chocolate...made with 60%? dark chocolate bar/chocolate chips & corn syrup mixed with my homemade chocolate mmf

OMG!  It looks SO yummy, June!  I have a question - how on earth do you get your chocolate MMF so dark.  Mine ends up looking like mud - yuck!

Mmmmm   death by chocolate cake.   haven't made that one for a long time. my family loves the clark family traditional chocolate cake.  :o)
