Got this really great Chocolate MMF recipe from June Kowalczyk here on CWB. I rolled it, and draped it over the cake, where it made it all the way across the top, and part way down the other side, before it started getting heavy, and tore just about all the way across. I managed to grab it, with Pat's help, and plaster it to the side of the cake. Pat said the front was very good, so we could just ignore the back.
While she was helping another student, I rolled out more, cut out a bunch of chocolate daisies and proceeded to cover up the damage, did a pretty good job of it too. The cake was saved. Then I put on the bow & streamers. Pat said it looked fine as it was, and that I should stop there. Of course I did not...

You say all the nicest things... lol But then, that's what friends are for. You may not know it, but I can take criticism very well, as long as it is constructive that is! lol
I think the cake is gorgeous. It is a perfect example of taking a disaster and turning it into a sweet triumph! It looks BETTER this way :o)
