as i know..crack will come out when temperature not stable..did u wrap ur bottom of baking pan with aluminium foil..

I do that...I let it cool in the oven with the door shut and slightly open...thought there was another method that I missed..:)

no secret teneisha.. i think u need put some water when u baking. (like double boil).

No cracking....nice...my small cakes do not crack...but the bigger ones love to crack...what's ur secret?
