My very first cake!
April 2011 Heffalump was my first cake and the first time I used fondant (which I made from scratch), I was HOOKED!!! It was for a little boy at the gym(I work in the kidz club at Gold's Gym). Who knew what doing this one cake would turn into, (35cakes later and counting)!!!

Thank you everyone!! What started out as a cake for fun has turned into a busy second job!! I am getting orders for 2-4 cakes a week....I love it!! I had a contest on FB for a name and my friends came up with JoJo's Frosted Imagination(the winner got a mini cake)!
