Hello Kitty Birthday Cake

Birthday cake made for a three year old, a friend's daughter. I was inspired by several Hello Kitty cakes I have seen. Top tier is vanilla cake with strawberry mousse, fresh strawberries and strawberry buttercream. The bottom tier is vanilla cake with mango mousse, fresh mangoes, and vanilla buttercream. Covered and decorated with Satin Ice fondant.
