Cowgirl Birthday - 122F
This was a 10inch chocolate cake coated in chocolate ganache and covered with chocolate fondant. It was the first fondant cake with which I used "The Mat" and tappits. The hat and guitars are gumpaste and airbrushed with pink sheen. I used a chocolate mold to make the guitars.
