Country Music Birthday Cake

Stephen's 60th birthday cake. He loves country music, especially Vince Gill. Bottom tier chocolate, filled and frosted with vanilla-almond buttercream, finished with milk chocolate modeling chocolate bark. Top tier is fresh strawberry, filled and frosted with vanilla-almond buttercream, finished with white chocolate ganache. Photos are on fondant discs for easy removal. Figures are modeling chocolate, fondant and gum paste. The Black Eyed Susans are made from Sugarin Flower Paste by Arati Marji.
