Country Chic Wedding Cake/Grooms Cake

I love this cake, of all cakes I have done this is one of my faves.
Its basically a dirty iced cake, I did a first undercoating and then did a light top coating to show the cake through. The bride had this gorgeous burlap rose bouquet made for her, I took the inspiration from it and did a faux fabric flower in Eggplant. I used the twine to gently wrap the cake bases. The best part of this cake is the Royal Icing birds nest. I made egg white base icing, and I then used tips 2, 3, 4, and 5 to make it.
