Corrine's shower

This cake was a tag team effort. My friend was having a shower for her niece with a Yankee theme, I had a day long wedding to go to the day before. She baked the cupcakes, I baked the sports ball pan hat & started the cupcake decorations on a Friday, went to a wedding Saturday, finished the cupcake toppers, iced the cupcakes, & decorated the hat Sunday for the 5PM Shower. Another friend came, picked them up & delivered them. I was running behind & after she left, realized I forgot the stitching on the brim!!
