Cookies decorated with royal icing
this was today's experiment-- Not what I would call a success but it's a start. Have't really worked with royal icing and have a hard time getting the right consistency.

I'm still not in love with it but I want to try it a few more times. At least I finally got the hang of making a parchment bag. lol

That is what I love about RI, I can change the consistency easily. But I apparently lack the 'imagination' needed to do a display like you have here! I love this!
