Cookies & Cream Cake
2-layer cookies and cream cake with Creamy white frosting and crushed cookies between layers........will add choc. ganache next time....person didn't want to much chocolate

I make these cakes different ways.......this one is white cake with the oreo cookies mixed in batter and I used a buttercream icing.....I also make it with choc. cake and mix oreo cookies in the icing to put in between layers......there is so many ways to do it.....depends on what someone likes......~:-)
