Cookie Wedding Cake
This couple wanted deep dish cookies instead of cake for their wedding but gave me permission to embellish them a little bit with some buttercream. I added some buttercream roses and a shell border. The top and bottom "cakes" were deep dish chocolate chip cookies, the middle cake was a fudge cookie with white chocolate chips.

Thank you! I was happy with how it turned out. I waited until the last minute to bake the cookies so that they would still be fresh tasting. They were still slightly warm when they were delivered believe it or not! Thankfully it was nice and cool that day :D
