My first topsy turvy!

Top tier was chocolate fudge cake with nutella truffle filling, topped with dark chocolate ganache and dark chocolate fondant. Middle was white chocolate cake with raspberry filling, topped with white chocolate ganache and fondx elite. Bottom tier was chocolate fudge cake with raspberry filling, topped with dark chocolate ganache and dark chocolate fondant. It actually went together very well and I surprised myself how well I carved it and how easily it went together. Next one should be a breeze =)
