I'll post a few pictures of the completed molds, but it's as easy as building up a base with clay and painting with the two-part silicone compound. It sets into a flexible mold that's supported by plaster- just like the "broken bone" cast material. After that, just paint the inside of the mold with colored chocolate and fill/swirl with the white. I've also made sugar controllers with the same mold using Isomalt.
One time set up took an afternoon, but now I can make them in about 15 minutes and charge $20. Keeps making money.
