Thanks -Just keep practicing Katy you'll get it. Sometimes my icing isn't right either and I have to add more sugar to stiffen it up.

Gorgeous!  Tried some more butter icing flowers this afternoon - they almost dissolved into a extra terrestrial blob!  Think I might have gone too far the other way this time.  Back to the drawing board.
