secret of success - you need to make sugarpaste and roll it out reallllly thinly, then you cut it in strips as wide as the letters and then press really hard and voila!  I used to always have breakages when I was using fondant (even thickened with tylose) but since using sugarpaste it is a dream!  Also, the sugarpaste cuts cleaners than the fondant.  Good luck - it really is just about practice practice and practice xox

Carlette, try Dawn Kloke of Incredible Crafts - 0832875990 dawn@mweb.co.za she is great and if you go and check on her website she has loads of things and if you place an order for delivery door to door you usually get it within 24 hours - good service!  And I think she charges R80.00 for postage.  Good luck :-)
