My first pouring Coke cake. Made this for my husband's birthday party. Chocolate cake with salted caramel frosting between layers. Carved the layers into the curved glass shape. Covered in chocolate ganache. Made rock candy and while it was still hot, rolled a wooden dowel in it to get the stream look. Then allowed the candy to harden and broke it into little pieces to lay on top for the ice. Tinted some piping gel with leaf green and painted in on the side of the cake to look like a coke glass. Traced the Coca-Cola logo in fondant with a fondant cutting blade. This was such a fun cake to make. And a huge hit at the party.
