Coach Purse Cake
This is a dark chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream, covered with a light tan fondant for the base color of the purse and medium brown for the seams and straps. For the Coach "C," I created my own template with oval cookie cutters and an xacto knife. I used a roller with an attachment to create the seam look on the sides and straps. For the zipper, I also used the roller with a zigzag attachment to create the look of a zipper, and painted it gold with a mix of gold luster dust and vodka.
