I know it was hard for u to leave. It's hard when they live so far away especially he's your first & since they go thru so many changes so quickly during the first few years.

He's a sweetie. Spent one week in Jan in Halifax. They send me updated pics & videos. Of course changing constantly!!! My son & girlfriend are there right now visiting, coming home late tonight....hopefully with lots more new pics. Can't wait till spring/summer to go out and see him again....

Thank you June. I'm trying to take better pictures of my cakes. Craftsy had some good tips on their website for photographing cakes. BTW, how's that new grandbaby?

very pretty!!  I stink at taking pictures  with my camera. never could get the right setting, kept getting fuzzy images from shaking hands. gave up and now use my IPad exclusively. so much easier, and I can crop the photo before I upload.

Thanks again ladies. I took several pics using different settings on my camera. Don't remember what setting I used for the 1st one I posted but it gave it a kind of antique look, which is not a bad thing, it just didn't give a true interpretation of the colors.
