This was a Red Velvet cake, that was baked in a 9" contour pan. I covered it with red fondant & decorated it with green butter cream Chantilly Lace details. I added a red fondant poinsettia & white daisies of 3 varying sizes. There are red, green & yellow bright sequins strategically placed, a gold rose & a tied ribbon finish the picture.
