Christmas 2010 Holly Vines

This pumpkin pie cake was filled with caramel, then crumb coated with cinnamon buttercream. A top coat of vanilla buttercream smoothed everything out. The vines are chocolate-cinnamon buttercream and the leaves/berries are fondant brushed with gold luster dust.
