I love it, I had seen this sugar when I went to the store the other day and did not pick it up. Now I am going to stock up all colors of sugar...........I love just love your sparkly look.

Anne, I put sparkles on everything!! Yes this is royal icing with sanding sugar. I let the blue background dry then I added the snowflake and dipped it in sanding sugar. It's not a great picture... I took it at 2 AM this morning.
