Christmas Candle Cake
Middle "candle" cake is carrot spice cake. Surrounding cake vanilla/peppermint. Icing is egg nog buttercream. Pontsettia is gumpaste/fondant mixture.
I added small blue "snowflakes" around the cake & on the candle, but unfortunately, we were running late out the door to Christmas dinner, and no one, including me, thought to bring a camera to take a picture on site. Oh well.

These are the "fake" led candles that run on batteries. And yes, it was pretty when lit.

It must have loked even prettier with the candle lit. What kind of candle do you use for this?
