Chocolate Fudge Cake, Cannoli filling, Chocolate Swiss Buttercream, covered in Marshmallow fondant--My daughter is a chocolate lover and this is her 25th birthday cake. Can't believe my baby is 25.

Linda & Nadia, you always make me feel so good about my cakes. Compliments from such great talent mean a lot to me. I've only been doing this for less than 6 months and can't quite get it as perfect as I would like but I am really enjoying decorating. Always thinking of the next cake and what I am going to try next. And yes Linda, Pavao is Portuguese for peacock so I thought this would be perfect.

Wow, Goreti, this turned out gorgeous! Didn't I hear from another thread that the meaning of your last name is peacock? I love how you incorporated your theme by using the oval pan. This is 'classy' looking and not overdone. =OD
