I saw your cupcakes - toooooooo clever indeed!  A while ago I did a cake for a friend's 40th in moulin rouge style and I did a couple of can can gals with their legs flung out of the cake sans your Alice - but I used cut up cheap "barbie look alike dolls" legs which I slit down the back and then dusted with cornflour and laid the sugarpaste inside so I could get the real shapely legs - but your Alice legs are just perfect! Thanks for the inspiration - a friend once brought me some stuff from Squires (paste colour; modeling chocolate and sugarpaste) so I got to feel what sugarpaste and modeling chocolate should feel like when you work with it (really helped me when I made my own - sugarpaste that is, have not had much success with making modeling chocolate).  All the best with your caking - you really are a very talented artist. :-)

mmmmmmmmmmm, yes so would I like to know what they put in their chocolate!!!!!!!! Just recently I made some Alice in wonderland cc's for a wedding. The main cake was made by Choccywoccydoodah, The following day I had to pickup my cake stands from the marquee venue and I sneaked a bit of  chocolate and cake, well I can safely say it wasn't chocolate as I know it!!!!!

My version here is made of Belgian chocolate, the banner and lace work is made from sugarpaste. the roses I sourced from Squires Kitchen and taste like chocolate.
