Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

This Chocolate Gryphon stood over 3' tall, was made using an armature of chocolate, covered in more chocolate to smooth it out & bulk it up. It was covered in Modeling Chocolate & Sprayed with a 50/50 mix of chocolate & cocoa butter. The wings were hand piped on a form to give them shape.
