Chocolate Contest - Buche de Noel

Chocolate Genoise Cake with a Chambord Simple Syrup and Raspberry preserves spread on the cake. It is filled with a Belgian Chocolate mousse, and covered with an all-butter buttercream. Marzipan leaves & meringue mushrooms finish the picture.
