thank you Kimberlee, the writing is done with white chocolate and flows alot quicker than royal icing.
When I first started, it helps to have your font written out on paper infront of you. And another tip always have at least 1" between nozel and cake when writing and never stretch the icing there should be a sag in the icing. Good luck Kimberlee.
